Katharine Salem is Luminary Global's Co-Founder and Managing Director.
Ms. Salem has over 10 years of dedicated global immigration experience, serving in senior leadership roles within two multinational practices. She has expertise developing global network partnerships, supplier and practice management, infrastructure design, and formulating business plans to boost productivity and efficiency.
Prior to founding Luminary Global, Ms. Salem served in senior management for one of the world's largest corporate global immigration firms. Ms. Salem led multiple project management teams, bringing a systematic and collaborative approach to multidivisional projects, and bridging the gap between practice and operations. Ms. Salem was a founding member of that firm's Dallas Global Practice and a key contributor in its impressive growth.
Ms. Salem has also served in executive management and as the Director of the Global Immigration Group for a top multinational consulting firm. In this role, she directed teams in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions. Ms. Salem made significant contributions to the firm's growth and development.
Ms. Salem has a demonstrated record of success in the global immigration industry and offers a broad array of expertise for multinational clients and practitioners. She is an admired and valued team leader and has been shortlisted twice for the "Global Mobility Rising Star of the Year" Expatriate Mobility Management Award (2011 and 2012). In addition, Ms. Salem is a published author, a Senior Global Mobility Specialist with Strategic Talent Mobility (SGMS-T), a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), and is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Glenn Faulk is Luminary Global's Co-Founder and Senior Advisor.
Mr. Faulk has over 20 years of dedicated global immigration experience, serving in senior leadership roles within four multinational practices. He has expertise managing Fortune 500 accounts, assisting clients with complex immigration and compliance matters, and is one of the foremost knowledge management experts in the field.
Prior to founding Luminary Global, Mr. Faulk was a founding member and the first Global Content Manager for the world's largest corporate global immigration practice, having assisted in growing the practice from a team of four to well over 100. Over time, the Content Management function has evolved into Knowledge Management -- what is today recognized as one of the most critical aspects of global immigration services.
Mr. Faulk works in collaboration with many immigration experts and mobility service providers to navigate the most complex projects. By having an awareness of the other compliance components of mobility (i.e. employment and tax), he offers clients a "managed care" approach to integrating these pieces into formulating appropriate global immigration compliance strategies for clients and assignees alike.
